In Poland, archaeologists discovered a skeleton surrounded by up to 30 more ‘deviant burials' with a sickle across her neck and a padlock on her toe – this corpse was feared to be a real-life vampire. An international team of experts uses cutting-edge science and historical research to investigate who this woman was and why she was so feared.
